Job Title: Bar Restaurant, Hotel Duty Manager at Caseys of Baltimore Hotel in Baltimore, West Cork  
A visible management presence is important for guests and you will be overseeing the smooth operation of departments in line with Hotel strategy and objectives. A huge emphasis is on obtaining new business and improving and maintaining standards.
To be aware of Hotel bookings, weddings and functions and general business of the Hotel.
The provision of patient guidance may be your best asset. Attention to detail, safety requirements and efficiency in the job are essential.
Be familiar with menus, procedures, and pricing of timing of Special Offers.
To be constantly aware of emergency procedures for accidents, fire and evacuation, structural damage or spillage, reporting of all issues and the development of each individual member of staff.
Training and development of all members of staff must become an integral part of the success of the Hotel, and you will be expected to facilitate and encourage this initiative where possible.
