The Courtmacsherry Hotel is a local family-run business set in the village of Courtmacsherry, we are proud to use as much local and homegrown produce as possible in our traditional dishes that are created with a twist leaning towards a fine dining experience at an affordable price to make customers want to return time after time.
We are looking for individuals who have the following:

· Previous cocktail experience (essential)

· Work as part of a team

· Are energetic

· Very motivated

· Adopt a hands on, ‘muck in’ approach

· Previous management experience

· Passion & Pride
