Restaurant Manager

Bramley Lodge Ltd T/A Bramley Lodge at Carrigtwohill,Co.Cork is looking for 2 experienced restaurant manager. Minimum 5 years experience in this role and a third level education in Hosptality Management is required. Main Duties include : sound knowledge of all aspects of the restaurant management role including rostering, purchasing and reservations. Must be knowledgeable of all purchasing and costing of foods, beverages and wages. Also excellent leadership and communication skils. Salary is €30,000/annum on 39 hours/week.
