Headford Kebab Limited T/A Kingfisher Takeaway and restaurant at Cobh Co. Cork, Ireland is looking for 3 experienced Chef de Partie to join our team specializing in authentic Indian cuisine. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role is required. The successful candidates must have expertise in kitchen management, portion control, and HACCP compliance. Key responsibilities include assisting head chef in preparing authentic Indian dishes, curries, and kebabs using traditional techniques (spice blending, fresh dough/sauce preparation) and specialist equipment like a Tandoor oven, as well as developing new dishes. Candidates will manage stock, minimize food waste, and maintain high hygiene standards. Salary is €36,605 per annum on 39 hours per week. Reply with CV to : [email protected]
