Full time Cafe assistant and Barista required in Ballincollig

Full-time cafe assistant now required at The Floury Apron Cafe Ballincollig
General duties will include:
Prepare speciality coffees to a high standard.
Work closely with the team to ensure exceptional customer service
Taking and preparing food and beverage orders and ensuring all orders are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Preparation of the cafe and outside area to provide a comfortable setting for all customers
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

The ideal candidate will have:
Friendly, out-going personality with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Experience working in a similar environment
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
Barista trained
HACCP training would be an advantage but not necessary as training will be offered
Interest in coffee and food essential
