Parts Advisor - OMS Auto Parts - Cork City

Main duties and responsibilities to include
• Identify the correct parts required.
• Efficiently manage all telephone, email, online and instore inquires in a professional manor.
• Manage and maintain all stock coming in and going out.
• Ensure the correct parts are picked and packed for delivery.
Requirements
• No experience required as all training will be provided.
• Must have a great work ethic.
• Must be punctual and well dressed.
• Interest in the motor industry.
• A desire to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• A basic knowledge of computers.
• You will have an excellent telephone manor, with the product knowledge to ensure the right parts are sold to the customer.
Additional information
Working hours 8:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday and 8:00am - 3:00pm every second Saturday.
