Assistant Chef

Assistant Chef is a role for a hard working person with a passion for food who would like to be trained in HACCP to cooking and Service. Accommodation is included as part of this package. It's based in the idyllic village of Crookhaven next to the sea.

Assistant Chef ensures the kitchen is orderly and assists Cooks to prepare and arrange food. Their duties include cold food preparation and hot hold food serving. The role includes cleaning the kitchen area, washing dishes and utensils and ensuring that the Cook has everything required to run the kitchen efficiently.

You will be working with a gem of a chef and team in an established family business, and a loyal lovely team who have been together for some time.

Our chef is a lady, who engenders a happy team, and delights customers.

The tips are fortnightly and we have tax free bonuses, as well as double time on bank holidays.
