The Barn Cork Glanmire T45 X684 Ireland. Trading as The Barn, requires a Sous Chef. with 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef. Acceptable level of English. Help accommodation.
36000.€ per annum for 39 hours a week.
Duties include:
To create, cook and present a range of international dishes.
Assist the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.
Assist the Head Chef in the management of a kitchen team.
Preparing food for breakfast, carvery, bar, restaurant, and functions.
Providing a high level of customer service at all times.
