Job Description:
• Answer and direct incoming calls & emails
• Respond to enquiries by email/phone
• Liaising with staff, suppliers & clients
• Type up quotations
• Do up weekly schedule and send to employees and sub-contractors

The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
• Should have strong communication skills and should be extremely organised
• Be flexible with their responsibilities due to the ever changing demands of the industry
• Have good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
