Maths and Physics Grinds in Cork

Hi, my name is Kieran and I am a grinds teacher with over 5 years of experience. I am currently an engineer working in the field of renewable energy and a recent graduate of UCC with a Masters in Civil and Structural Engineering. I also give grinds to Leaving & Junior Certificate pupils as well as university students on a part-time basis.

I received 590 points in the Leaving Certificate 2018, with H1s in Maths, Physics and Applied Maths. I have extensive knowledge of all areas of the curriculum and can provide assistance to help in understanding of theory, calculations, exam tactics or whatever else the student may need. I can also provide additional classes and out of hours help for the students in the lead up to an exam or important deadline.

I would consider myself an outgoing, talkative person which I believe is useful in one on one tutoring sessions especially when explaining difficult topics. I cater for students of all abilities. All of my students have improved their grades after their time with me, some going from a C to an A grade and others going from failing to now passing.
