This is a full-time position we’re hoping to fill.

Main Duties

To have some fun with our customers and team - paramount!
To deliver the highest quality of beverage and food service.
Work behind the bar / prepping & serving wines & cocktails.
To strive at all times to exceed the expectations of all customers within the restaurant and to do so in a pleasant and efficient manner in accordance with the established standards.
To adhere to all Health & Safety, Hygiene and Cashiering Procedures.
To maximise sales.


Requirements

Previous experience working in a Bar/Restaurant is essential.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills essential as is the ability to work as part of a team and on one's own initiative.
Strong customer focus essential.
Self-motivated and task orientated.
Attention to detail.
