We are currently recruiting for a full-time Experienced Head Waitress / Waiter to join our newly open restaurant team. Come join the fun and frolics!
About us
La Gordita, our little fat one, is our long-awaited new member of the Hermanas Lola family offering Spanish bodega-style food, delish wines and cocktails too. It's a natural addition to our family 10 years on from opening her sister Las Tapas de Lola.
This is a full-time position we’re hoping to fill.
Head Waiter/Waitress
Requirements
2-3 years experience in a similar environment.
Be hands-on and lead by example
Good communication skills and be well presented
Good organizational skills
Have a passion for excellent customer service and an eye for detail
Be self-motivated and reliable
Previous experience working in a Bar/Restaurant is essential.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills essential as is the ability to work as part of a team and on one's own initiative.
Strong customer focus essential.
Self-motivated and task orientated.
