x2 night staff required to work in busy Guesthouse D1

We are a Guesthouse in Dublin 1

We require two staff members that have good written and verbal English, necessary visa to work 40+ hours p/week, enthusiastic, diligent, flexible, pro active and hard working
The role will include;

- booking in and out clients
- keeping a shift report
- complaint management and escalation where needed
- fire safety, checking fire exits and active fire prevention in general
- assisting with other tasks inline with business needs or unplanned absences
- welcome guests in and out
- liaise with other departments to ensure the best service offering
- assist guests with queries

Training will be provided and shifts may change with business needs

The shifts will be night shifts at first
