Academic Advisor is required for an office in Dublin

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervision of all students’ academic affairs.
• Supervision of student’s academic progress throughout all stages of their studies.
• Processing academic reports.
• Advising and helping students on academic matters online with relevant applicable regulations.
• Maintaining an up to date academic records for the students on the online academic system.
• Communicating with Universities and academic institutes for matters related to the students.
• Preparing and writing up minutes and reports in relation to the students.
Academic requirements and experience:
• Applicants must hold Bachelor / Master Degree in a relevant area of specialisation from a recognised University.
• Relevant experience in and familiarity with the educational system in Ireland.
• Ability to work cooperatively and productively with work teams.
• Great IT and computer skills (Windows and Microsoft office - Excel, Word. PowerPoint, Websites....etc),

Additional Requirements:
• Excellent English language skills
• Candidates should be eligible to live and work in Ireland through citizenship or the appropriate GNIB status.
• Two reference letters.
