The Pizza Van (Rustic Pizza) Limited t/a Rustic Pizza located at 55 Prussia St, Stoneybatter, Dublin, D07 PA66 is now hiring an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie specialising in Italian cuisine, with a particular focus on pasta and pizza, to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook spaghetti and a range of pasta dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Prepare and cook pizza, including dough, sauces and toppings.
• Safely handle, prepare, portion and cook raw meat, following strict food-safety procedures.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards.
• Maintain HACCP, food hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Work efficiently during busy service and support the kitchen team.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ previous kitchen or Chef de Partie experience, including experience with pasta, pizza and raw meat preparation.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP and safe raw meat handling.
• Culinary qualification/degree preferred.
• Ability to maintain consistent food quality and work efficiently under pressure.

Salary: €36,605 per annum, based on a 39-hour weekly contract.
