Location: Unit 1, Norseman Court, Manor St, Stoneybatter, Dublin 7, D07 ECK8
Employment Type: Permanent Ful Time (2 years contract provided)
Salary: €36,605 (subject to 39 hours per week)

Sunshine Food Product Limited, trading as Stone Korea, is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie with experience in cooking Asian cuisine and Chinese roasting techniques.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook Chinese roast meats, and experience in cooking Asian cuisine.
• Prepare marinades, sauces, and ingredients.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and HACCP standards.
• Manage portioning, stock, and food waste.
• Support the other chefs and kitchen team during service.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of proven Chef experience.
• Previous experience as a Chef or equivalent in Chinese cuisine is desired.
• Practical experience specifically in Chinese BBQ/roast meat preparation.
• Culinary certification preferred.
