Chef de Partie

Nextline Holdings Limited t/a Lin Kee located at 1 Elmfield Rise, Clare Hall, Dublin 13, D13 K8Y1 is looking for a ful time Chef de Partie to join the team!

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Asian dishes while maintaining top-quality standards.
-Develop and enhance recipes to keep the menu innovative and appealing.
-Supervise and organize kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations and clear task assignments.
-Ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, and portion sizes according to restaurant standards.
-Maintain a clean, hygienic, and wel-organized kitchen at al times.
-Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control, to ensure ingredient freshness.

Qualifications:
-Prior experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary position for 2 years is mandatory.
-Strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
-Detail-oriented with a creative approach to cooking.
-Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen.

Salary: €36,605 per year (based on a 39-hour workweek).
Contract Type: Fixed-term (2 years).
