Construction Worker for Belfield Dublin 4

Hamilton French Recruitment is seeking reliable, hardworking Site Labourers to join a busy construction team in Belfield Dublin 4 . The successful candidates will work closely with site dumper drivers, machine operators and other construction personnel to ensure the safe and efficient running of daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist site dumper drivers and machine operators with daily site activities.
Help guide dumper drivers and other machinery operators when required, following site safety procedures.
Maintain safe working distances from moving vehicles and heavy machinery.
Assist with loading, unloading and moving construction materials.
Keep work areas clean, tidy and free from obstructions.
Carry out general labouring duties, including manual handling and site preparation.
Assist with the movement of materials, tools and equipment around the site.
Follow instructions from site supervisors and comply with all health and safety regulations.
Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Work cooperatively with colleagues to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements
Valid Safe Pass card.
Up-to-date Manual Handling certification.
Previous construction site experience is an advantage.
Experience working alongside dumper drivers or machine operators is desirable but not essential.
Good awareness of construction site health and safety.
Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Physically fit and comfortable carrying out general labouring duties
