HVAC Service Engineers
Location: Dublin/Leinster
Salary: €45K - €55K

Elk is looking for HVAC Service Engineers for a our clients across Leinster.

The Job:
To service and maintain plant and provide technical assistance to customer service engineers.

Responsibilities:
• Provide service in the most cost-effective manner while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Represent and promote the Company with exemplary customer relations
• Troubleshooting and fault resolution
• Preventative and scheduled maintenance of plant
• Exemplary communication with customers, keeping them informed of progress at all times
• Be available for a standby roster
• Timely completion of all job sheets and paperwork
• Maintain tools, test equipment and protective clothing in a serviceable condition
• Maintain an adequate vehicle stock in order to minimise duplicate calls and transport costs
• Advise management of potential issues/opportunities observed
• Identify areas where procedures might be improved
• Area of cover to be within 4 hours travelling time unless circumstances requires travel to other locations
• Comply with the Company rules and policies
• Carry out other reasonable tasks as required

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years PQE
• Formal qualification in HVAC with City & Guilds or NVQ
• Fgas certification
• Excellent fault finding/problem-solving skills
• Full, clean Irish driving licence
