Junior Mechanical Automation Engineer
Location: Dublin
Salary: Negotiable
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a team of over 30 field based engineers. The successful candidate will be based in Dublin and suppling a superior service to customers with a variety of automation equipment.
This role will be part of a team of engineers that maintain and upkeep equipment for our large customer base nationwide. Their main responsibility is to be part of the team that ensures we deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Working closely with the engineering team, the work of the junior engineer will involve working on maintenance and repairs of:
* gates
* barriers
* doors
* bollards
* associated controls installation
Key skills:
* effectively manage the Installation of Electro equipment
* understanding of how parts are booked out of stores correctly
* maintain and manage the correct level of van stock
* ensure all information on jobs is recorded accurately in real time
* deliver a professional service to clients on site
* deal with enquiries positively and quickly
* communicate with customers on a regular basis
* identify new business opportunities through effective communication
* continuously strive to improve and exceed our service standards
Requirements:
* candidates must be at least 17 Years of age
* be a fluent English speaker
* be an enthusiastic ‘hands-on’ individual
* have good interpersonal and organisation skills
