Junior Project Manager - Windows & Doors
Location: Dublin
Salary: Negotiable
The Job:
The successful Junior Project Manager will have experience in the Window & Door Industry.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all site resources both direct employees and sub-contract labour of up to 50-60 people across various projects nationwide
* Liaise with main contractor site management regarding labour requirements for each project and schedule the required resources to each job
* Manage the day-to-day resources on site to get works completed on time and to spec
* Agree and implement work programmes for each project
* Complete weekly project progress reports and report to operations manager
* Ensure work targets are met on site as outlined by the estimating team
* Ensure materials are on site for all required works
* Complete technical submissions
* Liaise with our internal technical detailer to produce and submit project details
* Ensure project details and specifications are implemented on site
* Attend site meetings as required
* Attend weekly project management meetings
* Attend monthly company management meetings
* Work closely with the existing team to ensure company efficiency
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in a similar role essential
* Degree or similar construction related qualifications preferred but not essential
* Full Irish Driving Licence
