Maintenance Operative

Full-time, or Part time

*Salary:* €35,000 - €42,000 DOE + Van + Fuel + Phone


SSG Property Maintenance Ltd - Established local company based in Co. Kildare. We carry out maintenance for landlords, letting agents and private homes across Kildare/Dublin/Meath. We are not an agency.

We are hiring a reliable Maintenance Operative / Handyman to join our team immediately.

Daily work includes
- Ceramic tiling / splashbacks / small bathroom floors
- Small plumbing - taps, washers, toilet fill valves, waste traps, silicone
- Patch plastering & small repairs
- Painting & decorating (interior)
- Basic carpentry, flat pack, doors, locks, general snagging
- Working in occupied rental properties - must be clean & respectful

- 2+ years experience in similar role (essential - must show photos of work)
- Competent in tiling, small plumbing, plastering and painting - all 4 essential
- Own basic hand tools
- Full clean B licence - must have 2 years driving
- Good English, punctual, able to work alone
- References from previous employer

- Company Van + Fuel Card (take van home)
- Company Mobile Phone
- Full PPE & Uniform
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (40hrs) - No Sundays, occasional Saturday OT paid extra
- 21 days holidays + bank holidays
- Immediate start for right person
