Multi-skilled tradesman

FULL TIME POSITION
Hourly rate, PAYE - weekly, depending on experience.
Looking for skilled labour/ labour for various jobs fast paced fit-out jobs around Dublin.
Must be prepared to do different aspects of construction from demolition, to stud work and slabbing, some second fix, tape and jointing/ plaster.

This is for a small construction company with a busy work load ahead, with a high attention to detail and quality,

Typical example of works, slabbing walls, patch repairs of plaster works, helping carpenters/ tradesmen, concrete works, demo etc.

MUST:
• Have some tools, ie; screwgun, grinder, hammer, trowels etc
• Have own transport, (tools cannot be left on site, therefore you must be able to transport them daily)
• Must be reliable
• Have good attention to detail
• Sound knowledge of construction and practical experience with tools.
• A good understanding of safety procedures.
• Be able to work at own initiative
• Have good work ethic
• Be willing to learn.
• Take pride in his work.
