Service Engineers - Refrigeration
Location: Leinster
Salary: Negotiable

The Job:
* To service and maintain Customer plant and equipment
* To provide technical assistance to Customer Service Engineers

Responsibilities:
* Provide service in the most cost-effective manner, while maintaining high customer satisfaction
* Represent and promote the Company through exemplary customer relations
* Troubleshooting and fault finding
* Preventative and scheduled maintenance of plant and equipment
* Timely feedback to appropriate departments regarding ongoing issues
* Be available for a standby roster
* Timely completion of all job sheets and paperwork, fully comply with all relevant processes as outlined in Standing Instructions
* Maintain all tools, test equipment and protective clothing in a serviceable manner
* Maintain an adequate vehicle stock in order to minimise duplicate calls and transport costs
* Advise your manager of potential issues/opportunities observed or implied during service calls
* Identify possible areas where service procedures might be improved

Requirements:
* The engineer must hold a related professional qualification and will be FGas qualified with experience in a similar role within the HVAC industry
* Full, clean driver's licence
* Minimum of 2/3 years post qualification experience
