Site Manager - Windows & Doors
Location: Dublin
Salary: Negotiable
Our client has nationwide coverage serving both commercial and residential markets. They have numerous factories over several markets and ensure a high-quality product while keeping waste to a minimum, making them Eco conscious.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Management of sub-contractors, labourers and onsite staff
* Complete detailed handovers of work areas upon completion
* Supervise and coordinate installation
* Lead Site Foremen and sub-contractors
* Identify, report and manage through project risks
* Ensure works are installed to the approved drawings and specification
* Management and control of health and safety
* Producing RAMS for works being carried out on site
* Conduct regular Toolbox Talks, Health & Safety Inspections and Health and Safety Briefings
Requirements:
* 3-5 Years site management experience
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills essential
