I am an experienced care giver with more than 10 years of working and looking after the elderly within the comfort of their own homes, available for live-in or live-out positions and ready for immediate start. I have been fortunate to meet and provide personal centered care to people with different life challenges especially those that come with advanced age like Dementia, Alzheimer's, Arthritis, Parkinson's disease, intellectual and mental challenges and among others, which has been both a rewarding and learning journey but most importantly being able to make a difference in people's lives. With much consideration and respect to individual needs, but not limited to; i can assist with meal preparations, prompt medication reminders, ensuring personal safety and hygiene, assistance with use of bathroom, mobility and getting ready for the day, companionship and emotional support, light house and some errands. I am very patient, kind and compassionate.
