Job Description:
M & K Meats Limited is seeking dedicated and experienced butchers to join our team in Dublin. We are looking for professionals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
● Cutting, trimming, deboning, and preparing various types of meat
● Ensuring all meat is stored, handled, and prepared in accordance with food safety standards
● Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, tools, and equipment
● Following health and safety regulations and company procedures
● Working efficiently to meet production targets and customer demand
Requirements:
● Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a butcher
● Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
● Comfortable working in cold environments
● Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Salary annual: €42,380 per year (€20.37 per hour; €815 per week)
Hours per Week: 40 hours
