Part-Time Property Viewing Agent in Dublin

We're looking for a friendly, reliable person to conduct viewings for our managed apartments across Dublin.

About the Role:

You'll be the face our prospective tenants meet first. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people and wants work that fits around other commitments.

Your responsibilities:

Meet prospective tenants at scheduled viewing times
Show them around the apartment
Provide standard information about the property (rent, availability, lease terms, amenities, etc. - all provided to you in advance)
Answer general questions about the apartment and building
Represent our company professionally and make a great first impression

Schedule:

Viewings are scheduled around the availability of our managed apartments, typically up to 3 apartments per month
Each apartment's viewings run over 1-2 days
Flexible, part-time - perfect alongside studies, another job, or other commitments

Our Requirements:

English: minimum B2 level (comfortable holding conversations and answering questions confidently)
Some experience working with people (customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar)
Punctual, personable, and comfortable meeting new people regularly
Based in Dublin, able to travel to different apartment locations for viewings

Pay:

€19/hour to start
Rising to up to €23/hour after a 6-week trial period
