Administrator/ Receptionist

Administrator/ Receptionist required for Dublin’s leading company Supreme Windows and Doors (Based in the North Dublin)

We are looking for responsible, enthusiastic, well-presented individual to join our team at Supreme Windows.

As this is a front office customer facing position we require at least 2 years experience in customer service.

The role involves direct face to face customers meet & greet, answering and returning telephone calls dealing with customer queries, administration duties, candidate must be flexible and positive.

As this is a fast paced office , candidate must be well organised and must be able to use their own initiative

Candidates must be computer literate
Must have customer service experience or experience in similar role
Excellent administration skills
Excellent customer service skills,
Communication skills with team members & Customers,
Excellent & Polite telephone manner
Excellent punctuality, complete fluency in written and spoken English
Salary - €28K - €30K

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

Full Time position – Monday – Friday – 9:30 – 5pm
