Description
We are seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial CEO to take full operational leadership of Crest Wake (CrestWake.com), a technology platform offering over 350 business tools designed to help entrepreneurs and organisations succeed.
This is not a traditional startup opportunity. The technology has already been developed, the platform is operational, and the infrastructure is in place. We are looking for the right person to take what we've built and turn it into a thriving global business.
The Opportunity
Crest Wake has an attractive, scalable business model, with much of the heavy lifting already completed:
350+ business tools available through a fully developed technology platform.
Established subscription model offering recurring revenue potential.
Automated affiliate and sales commission infrastructure, allowing you to recruit a global salesforce with commission payments handled automatically.
Scalable international opportunity with the potential to build sales teams across multiple markets.
Existing technology, website and operational infrastructure, allowing you to focus on commercial growth rather than building from scratch.
One immediate growth opportunity is recruiting commission-based salespeople internationally, creating a distributed sales organisation without the substantial fixed costs of a traditional salesforce.
Your Role
You will have the freedom and responsibility to lead Crest Wake's next chapter, including developing its commercial strategy, recruiting and managing sales teams, growing subscriptions, building partnerships and driving international expansion.
We are looking for someone who thinks and acts like an owner, not simply an employee.
Substantial Equity Ownership Opportunity
Our founding team has other commitments requiring our attention, and we are therefore seeking an exceptional individual to take over day-to-day leadership.
We are open to offering a substantial ownership stake in Crest Wake through a fair, transparent, performance-based equity vesting arrangement.
This means the value you create could translate directly into meaningful ownership of the business you help build.
We want an arrangement that genuinely aligns incentives, rewards long-term performance and creates the potential for exceptional financial upside.
Who We're Looking For
An entrepreneurial leader with strong commercial instincts, the ability to execute independently and the ambition to build something significant.
Experience in SaaS, subscription businesses, affiliate marketing, sales leadership or scaling digital businesses would be particularly valuable.
Above all, we value initiative, integrity, commercial creativity and measurable results.
