Marqette, the award winning food hall and restaurant in Dublin airport, is seeking to hire a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. Full time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
Must have at least 2 years chef work experience and be experienced in professional cookery.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Assisting the head and sous chefs during service.
Food prep before service.
Working on starters and helping on desserts.
Helping with kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
