Looking for an Experienced yoga instructor for startup

We are a group of IT specialists who are currently developing a Web Site and an App which uses Artificial Intelligence to provide online yoga sessions (and other yoga services) to users of our website/app. We are looking for someone with a detailed knowledge to join us as a business partner. At this stage, there is no money involved.
We are looking for someone that can give us advice in return for getting into this venture at an early stage. Currently, we have weekly meetings (online- as some of the engineers involved are in Berlin) that last no more than one hour.
