Realtime Accountants is a expanding Firm based in Ballymount in Dublin 12 www.rta.ie
In response to increasing business activity we are expanding our team and are looking for an enthusiastic junior accountant who wishes to pursue a career in accountancy. The role offers the right individual the opportunity to build a solid foundation in accounting and build a diverse range of accounting skills as part of a dynamic team.
A successful candidate will gain experience in a diverse array of clients and industries and receive modern training in the latest methods and systems for managing clients tax and accounting affairs.
The position will begin with basic bookkeeping methods and advance to full accounts preparation and liaising with revenue and managing all affairs on behalf of clients.
As a expanding office there is a real chance for a successful and hardworking candidate to grow with the firm in knowledge, expertise, responsibility and salary. all existing staff are now full-time and started on the same basis.
We are seeking a candidate with passion and enthusiasm who wants to learn and is not afraid of hard work, challenges progression and eventual success.
The candidate we are looking for must have a high proficiency in the following areas:
- Maths
- Accountancy
- IT skills
- English both written & Spoken
All other training will be provided to a successful candidate but a lack of knowledge in the needed areas above will mean we will not be able to hire / and if hired will likely result in eventual dismissal during trial period - if you do not have proficiency in these areas please do not apply.
Our preference is for a candidate who has completed a related degree or course or has partially completed or starting CPA or ACCA exams, although this is a preference, we do also welcome candidates seeking a career change or start.
The starting salary is €18,000 per annum plus exam fees and time off for study leave. The trial period for all employees is 3 months during which paid exam fees and study leave do not apply, but salary is paid during the trial period.
