Duties: Drive innovation with new ideas alongside protein team. Plan, prepare, host food tasting & customer info sessions, promotions, proposals for marketing campaigns. Survey, analyse customer reactions to products, packaging, price, etc. Determine range of goods to be sold. Help develop sales strategies & targets. Undertake market research, reports.
