Site Foreman

Due to Continuous Growth in the Company’s Workload a Drylining & Plastering Sub-Contractor is looking for an Experience Site Foreman for Large Residential/Commercial Projects across the Dublin area.
Experience in Drylining would be preferable but not essential.
Abilities Required:
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good Computer Skills.
- Good Man Management Skills.
- Background in Construction

Work Load is as follows but not Limited to:
- Over seeing & Managing Men on Site
- Liaising with Main Contractors Site Management on Day to Day Running of Site.
- Any Health & Safety Requirements and Recording.
- Communications via Phone and emails.
- Attending site meetings including White board meeting in mornings.
- Help in the running of the site office.
- Monitoring Material requirements ahead of time for works to be carries out.
- Organizing and over seeing Skips and Materials loading in and out.
