We are now hiring Plant Administrator/Coordinator based in our head office in Athenry, Co. Galway.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Previous experience in using accounts systems
General Administration to support the Plant Manager and Garage Foreman
Vat returns, Invoicing, preparing quotations the usual stuff.
Purchase orders and assist the accounts department reconciling department-related invoices and queries.
Good communication skills.
