Tyre fitter required for tyre shop in Leixlip, experience preferable but training can be provided to the right applicant. Must have good level of english and communication skills with customers is a must. Full time or part time roll considered.

Due to continued growth, Joe Duffy Group is now seeking driven and ambitious Technicians and Fitters to join our bright and modern North Dublin dealerships.

Job Purpose:

- To undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles of all types to the highest standard within the scheduled times.
- To care for customers’ vehicles and property and seek to achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
- To carry out all work in a safe, environmentally-friendly and economical way.
- To build a bank of knowledge and skills to diagnose faults, carry out tests on vehicles and effect permanent and complete repairs.
- To share skills and knowledge to develop others within the dealership.
- To enhance the reputation of our Joe Duffy Dealership at every opportunity when interacting with others.

Key Responsibilities

- Repair and test vehicles and diagnose their faults as and when required by Service Operations Manager and supervisory staff.
- Carry out all work to the highest standard to ensure total customer satisfaction and repeat/ incremental business
- Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables and record usage.
- Recognise and report on vehicle and component serviceability with an emphasis on customer and public safety.
- Ensure that all faults and concerns are reported orally and recorded in writing on the job card and the Vehicle Health Check forms is fully completed. Serious concerns should be raised with the Service Operations Manager or Service Advisor.
- Read, understand and implement the technical service instruction data and improved working practices.
- Recover damaged or defective vehicles as directed with an emphasis on personnel safety as well as customer vehicle and contents security.
- Keep work areas clean and tidy, organised and safe from hazards to health and safety.

Due to continued growth within the group, we are currently seeking Car Cleaners and/or Valetors to join our state-of-the-art North Dublin dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the condition of all new and used vehicles delivered to the group including cleanliness, documentation, keys etc.
- Prepare vehicles in line with PDI and Dealer requirements.
- Ensure any damage is notified to the relevant manager in order that appropriate action can be taken.
- Wash and valet cars in line with Dealer standards.
- Inspect vehicles with sales/service person prior to customer handover.
- Ensure regular stocks of cleaning materials.
- Assist in maintaining the Dealership clean and tidy.
- Maintain safe working practices and standards of the Dealer.
