Baker - Dingle, Co, Kerry

We are currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time Bakery Assistant to join our client's friendly retail team in Dingle, Co. Kerry.

At this role you will ensure the Bakery Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times. Provide our customers with excellent quality products and customer service.

You must be fully flexible and available to work any 5 days from Monday till Sunday including bank holidays. The working hours are with 8 hours shift between 6am till 8pm.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare customers bakery orders
- Bake, prepare and display the Bakery Products sold throughout the day
- Ensure that the counter displays across all fresh food departments are to the highest standards at all times throughout the day
- Demonstrate your passion for quality food by sharing knowledge, recipes and personal recommendations with customers
- Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store policy

The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 6 months experience in a similar role
- An excellent bread experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Hard-working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative
- A passion for food and the ability to inspire shoppers
