Key Responsibilities

Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications for high-purity and process piping systems.
Cut, prepare, weld, and assemble stainless steel and carbon steel pipework using hand and power tools.
Fit and install valves, fixtures, and high-purity components to precise standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of materials, progress, and completed work.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair high-purity and industrial piping systems as needed.Requirements / Mandatory Certifications

Abrasive Wheel Certificate

Experience & Skills

Proven pipe fitting experience, preferably in high-purity, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or industrial environments.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, P&IDs, and related documentation.
Strong knowledge of stainless steel, orbital welding, and high-purity installation standards.
TIG welding experience required; MIG/ARC welding experience advantageous.
Skilled and safe use of hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and quality-focused mindset.
Able to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Full driving licence and reliable transport.
Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship preferred.
Experience on industrial, commercial, or cleanroom projects.
Competent in operating machinery such as forklifts and scissor lifts.
Previous installation experience is essential.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in stainless pipe fitting.
Experience on Intel projects is advantageous.
