O Donnabhains Bar & Guesthouse Ltd / registration number 6370867N is looking to recruit 2 chef de partie / Sous chefs to work in our property O Donnabhains Bar & Guesthouse, 10 Henry Street , Kenmare , Co Kerry www.odonnabhain-kenmare.com
The chef de partie must work either in cold section ( cold starters/appetizers ) or any station of the hot section ( hot appetizers, garnish, grill, fryer, pan or sauce ) and oversea the preparation of the mise en place in his section
The Sous chef must prepare the mise en place and assist in the preparation of the menu, as well as doing the duties of a Chef de partie
The minimum annual gross salaries offered: +36,605 euros plus depending on the experience the salaries ; working program of 39 hours/week .
