Seeking to purchase a house privately

Two honest girls who want to purchase a house privately due to bidding with estate agents making it very difficult to buy a house. We are living in Dublin and we are both nurses. We have been trying for quiet awhile to buy a house with no luck. We want to relocate to Kerry, the Tralee area preferably for work purposes. We are looking for a house at approx €150,000 maximum. Two storey, Dormer or Bungalow. 3 - 4 bed with a decent size backyard. No pranks, only people with serious interest please. Thanks, Aileen.
