The General Foreman / woman:
This job is a New Housing Development consisting of 11 houses in Lucan.
You will get Company van.
Minimum 5 years experience as a Foreman on small to medium housing developments
Coordinating and managing subcontractors, trades & labour
Ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards.
Degree in Construction, Engineering or similar, or time served in the building industry
Driven with strong communication skills, and IT capabilities
Ability to lead all stages of a building process, from groundworks teams, structural and brickworks to final interior finishing / snagging works
Immediate start for right candidate
