>Assist with developing LEAN system
> Focused on keeping production running smoothly, hitting daily output targets,
>Ensure the finished packaging meets our quality standards.
> Responsible for operating, monitoring, and taking care of high-end flexible packaging machinery (including Allstein, W&H Miraflex, and Soma systems)
> A strong mechanical eye and troubleshooting skills
>A commitment to keeping machines clean and well-maintained
>Follow all company safety rules.
Working on 39 hours per week.
