1 . Dining table with two leaves
- Seats 6 without leaves and up to 10 with both leaves in place.
- Table without leaves: 188 cm (74”) long x 114 cm (45”) wide.
- Each leaf: 46 cm (18”) , in very good condition.
- Table has custom made pads for all configurations.
- 6 side chairs and two armchairs, all in very good condition.

2. Sideboard
- 160 cm (63”) wide x 55 cm (22”) deep.
- Very good condition.

3. 2 x Tall Wall Units
- Each unit has 1 glass and one wooden shelf.
- Integrated lighting, and cut outs for electrical cables.
- Each unit is 205cm (80.1/2”) high x 81cm (32”) wide.
- Very good condition, some minor wear on lower shelf, one shelf support peg missing.

4. Wood-lined metal box
- 66cm (26”) wide x 43cm ( 17”) deep.

5. 20x Wooden file boxes
- Can be painted, stained or used as is.
