Foreman - Limerick

Hamilton French are looking for an experienced Foreman for ongoing Construction work.

The Successful Candidate:

Must have extensive building knowledge
Must be able to read plans and structural calculations
Must be able to mark out footings
Must be able to fit complex steels
Must have good communication skills
Must be able to read the schedule of works and bring the project in on time
Must be able to problem solve
Meeting with the Project manager & Contracts Manager to discuss progress
Managing peers and dividing job tasks
Must be able to work as a team
Working knowledge of all tools and relevant equipment
Ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines
