Site Manager

We are looking for Site Manager for New Project starting in Cork City.


The candidate will ideally come from a trade background and have experience in managing multiple trades including high quality joinery, solid and fibrous plaster, stone, marble, timber flooring, etc.

Must have strong technical knowledge and be able to demonstrate an eye for detail, as well as an ability to deliver the highest possible standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

·Must be College or degree educated in an Engineering or Construction related subject

·Must have at least 5-10 years’ experience working for a RC frame/groundworks

·Experience at site management level of running sites of up to 7m in value

·Preparation of all H&S paperwork onsite

·Programming works up 4 weeks ahead

·Must have experience overseeing the full project lifecycle of design and build shell and core project

·Must have excellent planning, organisational & communication skills

·Must be IT literate

·Should have experience of leading a similar project as a Site Manager

·Should be ambitious & keen to progress within the organisation
