Social Care Worker

At Peer Care Limited, we are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Social care workers.
Education: Minimum QQI Level 7 or 8 Degree in Social Care Studies (or equivalent related discipline).

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a residential or community care setting is preferred.

Care Planning: Develop, implement, and review person-centred daily care plans.

Daily Support: Assist service users with daily living tasks, personal care, and community integration.

Advocacy: Act as a strong advocate for the rights and needs of our service users.

Environment: Maintain a safe, positive, and healthy living or day-service environment.

Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, resilience

Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time / Relief positions available.

Salary: €34,884 – €43,193 per year (Depending on experience)
