​We are recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant in the Leinster Region,
that has experience in the Mechanical sector, possibly wants a change and would be
seasoned with a vast knowledge of the trades and well able to relay with Mechanical
and Electrical Companies.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter. You are a dependable,
performance-driven decision maker with the capability to analyse problems, swiftly
develop solutions, and then to implement appropriate actions. You’ll be driven by
your ambition and own results with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Duties include:
 Establishing new business opportunities with Main/Sub Contractors by market
research, networking and attending industry events.
 Attend regular client meetings to ascertain upcoming projects and anticipated
headcounts.
 Provide clients with bespoke recruitment solutions on a
PSL/Retained/Packaged Works/Sole Supplier basis.
 Main point of contact for bids, tenders, presentations and contract
negotiations.
 Work with sales team/s on business development strategies and market
mapping.
 Drive daily customer engagement through in-person meetings calling to 5
sites a day looking for business.
 Maintain, and develop existing portfolio of customers along with winning new
customers.
 Ensure project deliverables are met by closely monitoring/liaising with the
Construction Manager, Site Engineer on site.
 Drive long term growth by building strong relationships with the team and
customers.
 Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key responsibilities will include:
 ​​Managing the full recruitment cycle
 ​Identify and follow up on leads to generate new business
 Identify opportunities to generate and increase revenue with existing clients,
strengthening, and forging lasting client relationships
 Attending clients meetings to gain commitment;

 Implementing sourcing strategies to find and attract best talent for the clients
requirements (utilising ATS, networking, cold-calling, job boards, social &
professional sites);
 Effectively working in partnership with internal consultants/stakeholders to
maximise
 ​C​andidate flow and pipeline
 Develop and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline;
 Understand and meet all monthly KPI's and revenue targets
 Stay focused, set goals and self-motivate yourself to achieve them.
 Be able to prioritise and remain organised in a fast paced environment.
 Deliver an unrivalled customer service at all times.
 Making sure all candidates are suitable with adequate training and
qualifications
