Manage day-to-day purchasing and vendor sourcing.
To purchase everything the business needs to run, including livestock, packaging, seasonings, and facility supplies
Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs) using a digital system.
Maintain and keep production lines running smoothly with high-quality results .
Coordinate delivery schedules directly with production and logistics
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules and track market trends
Monitor stock levels of meats and supplies
Forecast future needs to prevent shortages while minimizing food waste and storage costs.
Adhere and implement QA and Safety standards
