Job Description
Ballsbridge Catering Limited, trading as Sasha's, is seeking 2 experienced Chef de Partie to join its Italian restaurant at 47 Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality Italian dishes and other menu specialties.
Duties include managing an assigned kitchen section, organising food preparation, maintaining consistency in food quality and presentation, assisting with stock control, and ensuring compliance with HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards.
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a chef in a busy commercial kitchen. Experience in Italian cuisine, strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively within a kitchen team are required.
Salary: €36,605 per annum, based on 39 hours per week.
